6. We will oppose anyone who, without justification, considers the rosé wine, a minor or inferior wine.

7. We will assist the consumer to not being influenced in a negative way, by the so called "experts" .

8. We will fight hard, for the rosé wine to be given the consideration and the status it deserves.

9. We will very carefully monitor the market to unveil unscrupulous wine makers, who produce rosé by mixing red wine with white wine.

10. We will educate the consumer on the great versatility of the rosé wine, the only wine that can guarantee balance and creativity.

Here, from Salento, we launch our challenge. For a long time we have been influenced by the market, that has confused and imposed certain styles and taste, preventing us from developing our indigene varietals to their full potential.

We all realize the expensive wines are not necessarily the best. Let us move on from the unnaturally muscled wines.

Let us embrace the simple and natural, let us appreciate the rosé wine.
